Alarm Planner stores your alarms, tags, sounds, and settings locally on your device using SwiftData. Nothing about your alarms leaves your device. There is no account, no login, and no cloud sync. We do not have access to your alarm data.
We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to collect anonymous usage analytics. This helps us understand how people use the app so we can make it better.
What we collect:
What we do not collect:
Analytics can be disabled at any time in Settings → Help out → Share analytics.
Alarms are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device using Apple's AlarmKit framework. No alarm data is sent to external servers. Alarm Planner does not use push notifications and does not require a server-side component to function.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties. The only third-party service used is PostHog, for the anonymous analytics described above. PostHog data is stored on EU servers and never linked to you as an individual.
Because all your alarm data stays on your device, you control it directly:
If you are an EU/EEA resident, the GDPR grants you additional rights regarding any data we process. Contact us using the email below to exercise them.
Alarm Planner does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require an account or any personal information to function.
If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we will update the "Last updated" date above and surface the change in the app on the next launch.
